Dr. Ahmad Zaheer is a plant scientist, biotechnology expert, and agricultural innovation specialist with more than 18 years of experience spanning research, academia, product development, and commercial agriculture.
He holds a PhD in Biotechnology and has extensive expertise in sustainable farming systems, including conventional agriculture, protected cultivation, hydroponics, and bio-based crop solutions.
Dr. Zaheer has led multidisciplinary initiatives in agricultural biotechnology, microbial product development, plant disease management, and farm productivity enhancement. His experience includes the development and commercialization of biofertilizers, biopesticides, biofungicides, biostimulants, biofortified fertilizers, and specialized microbial formulations.
With a strong track record of international collaboration, he has contributed to research and innovation programs across multiple countries and has extensive experience in technology commercialization, field validation, regulatory frameworks for biological products, and farmer capacity building.
