Product Overview & Description
BIOSIL® (بائیوسل) is a high-potency bacterial silage inoculant developed using advanced biotechnology by Microbial Biotechnologies (an associate of Microbial Biotechnologies Limited UK) and distributed in partnership with AgriWize (Private) Limited. Formulated with beneficial microbes suitable for corn/maize, alfalfa, Rhodes grass, and other fodder crops, BIOSIL® optimizes the fermentation process during silage and bale production. By rapidly lowering pH, preventing fungal spoilage and foul odor, and preserving crucial nutrients, BIOSIL® produces highly digestible, palatable silage that increases livestock milk and meat yields.
Key Features & Benefits
- Controlled pH Reduction: Lowers and maintains optimal low pH during fermentation to sustain smooth lactic fermentation.
- Fast Silage Preparation: Accelerates silage ripening while preventing mold, fungal growth, rot, and unpleasant odors.
- Enhanced Aroma & Palatability: Improves fresh aroma and taste, encouraging livestock to feed eagerly.
- Higher Digestibility & Nutrition: Makes fodder highly digestible and retains essential nutrients for maximum animal health.
- Extended Quality Retention: Plays a crucial key role in long-term preservation of silage quality in bunkers and bales.
- High Microbial Potency: Verified by Tti Testing Laboratories to contain >10^10 CFU/mL of viable beneficial bacterial inoculants with zero contamination.

Preparation & Application Protocol
- Dosage Rate: One prepared 20-Liter solution batch is sufficient to treat approximately 50 Tons of forage or 3 Acres of harvested fodder crop.
- Container Setup: Select a clean container of at least 25-liter capacity with a lid. Wash thoroughly with clean water.
- Mixing Consortium: Shake both bottles of BIOSIL® thoroughly and pour immediately into the container.
- Water Dilution: Add 20 liters of clean water while continuously stirring to ensure a homogeneous solution.
- Incubation / Multiplication: Close the lid loosely to allow airflow and let it sit in a shaded area for 30–40 minutes to allow beneficial bacteria to multiply.
- Spraying & Treatment: Pour the prepared solution into a sprayer. Uniformly spray over chopped fodder during chopping, baling, or bunker loading so that every particle is coated before sealing.
